Pay Range:

$156,000.00-$195,000.00 The Director, Associate Health and Wellbeing ia responsible for developing, administering and overseeing programs and benefits aimed at promoting and advancing the health and wellbeing of associates and their families. This position supports the organizations total rewards strategy, communication and execution with a focus on bringing a creative and innovative approach to the design and delivery of program offerings and benefits to improve holistic health and wellbeing. The Director, Associate Health and Wellbeing is a strategic leader who collaborates and works in close partnership with senior leadership to align HR and total rewards strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degreee required
Masters degree preferred
Professional certification as CEBS, SHRM-CP, PHR or other related certification required
5-10 years of work experience in multiple areas of total rewards, with at least 2 years of experience leading a team
Extensive working knowledge of general HR practices and total rewards programs, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, across all levels of the organization
Excellent communication skills including having the ability to effectively collaborate with peers, leadership and employees
Flexibility to be a hands-on leader while also providing strategic direction
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to lead with influence and build a high-performing team
Knowledge of best practices in total rewards and regulatory compliance
Ability to manager multiple priorities and projects effectively
Deals with amibiguity and canchange directions when needed
Strong and engaging facilitator and public speaker to present to various audiences
Ability to compile, analyze, interpret and present associate information and data accurately and with strong attention to detail
Prioritizes customer service and follow-up
Critical thinker with strong time-management, organizatiion, mult-tasking and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
