Summary:

The main function of this role is supporting customer and company requirements for order management based on account portfolios, entry and maintenance of purchase orders, chargeback processing, working with various departments to support order processes, and supporting Team co-workers.

Responsibilities:



  • Order Management for order entry processing and related account procedures.
  • Maintaining account portfolios for ordering, tracking, customer, and company requirements.
  • Chargeback processing.
  • Return processing.
  • Informing customers of order status and support inquiries.
  • Process improvements/efficiencies.
  • Support Team Members for order processing and account portfolios.
  • Reporting.
  • Review and approve source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and enter data in specific data fields or onto tapes or disks for subsequent entry, using keyboards or scanners.
  • Review and correct data entry errors submitted by staff.
  • Approve and audit data with source documents.
  • Review and audit logs of activities and completed work.


Preferred Skills:



  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be efficient with time management.
  • Ability for Accuracy.
  • Time management.
  • System reporting.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • EDI.
  • SAP Knowledge.
  • Multi-tasking with Attention to Detail.



Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. Bonus Master's Degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • Microsoft Office skill set (Presentation, Excel, etc.)
  • Work independently and in a team environment to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames.
