The Manager, Royalty Operations (Temporary) will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end execution of royalty period close processes for the Macmillan US Trade division. This position is responsible for coordinating critical royalty activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance in workflows and processes. This is a hands-on role, focused on orchestrating statement finalization timelines, resolving processing issues, and executing key review and checking of steps. The ideal candidate will bring a strong operational mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Depending on performance and business needs, there may be scope for this temporary position to transition into a permanent role. What you'll do: Royalty Close Execution & Oversight:

What you'll bring: - At least 3-5 years of experience in royalty operations, finance, accounting, or a related field; publishing experience strongly preferred. Ideal Experience/Education: - Prior experience supporting a royalty period close or working within a royalty accounting department. This role will have an hourly rate of $50-$65/hour and will be onboarded/paid through Noor Staffing.
