GENERAL SUMMARY: The Senior Card Strategy Manager is responsible for the Debit and Credit Card product lines for both Consumer and Commercial lines of business including originations, lifecycle management, and engagement strategy. This role will effectively manage all vendor relationships with Consumer banking product. Primary responsibilities include competitive analysis, go to market strategy, pricing governance, and improving operational efficiencies and member experience. The Senior Card Strategy Manager will ensure the right product fit for the desired target market. This role will interact with Finance, Marketing, Business Banking, Consumer Banking, Digital Banking, IT, and Operations. Salary range: $82,623.08 to $108,442.79 annually. Job Grade EX 15. Salary dependent on candidate's experience and qualifications. Remote work is not available for candidates residing, or planning to reside in: CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, HI, ME, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, OR, PA, PR, RI, WA. Minimum Knowledge & Skill Requirements: * Knowledge of retail banking including marketing, origination, products, current industry trends and product related risk * Highly developed research and analytical skills * Ability to work well under tight deadlines in fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Ability to work in a matrix environment, requiring effective influence on decision makers at all levels, input from different departments, lines of business, and external service providers * Ability to prioritize effectively and identify activities most important in driving business results * Data extraction and analysis * Product portfolio management and lifecycle strategy * Full funnel marketing strategy * Regulatory changes and business impacts * Comfort level with developing and presenting to Senior Leadership COMPETENCIES:
WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT: Typical office environment. May require the employee to sit at a desk or workstation for extended periods of time. Infrequent lifting of up to 20 lbs. may be required.
