Job Title: Process Engineering Manager - Die Casting

We're seeking a Process Manager to oversee the stability, efficiency, and quality of our die casting operations. In this critical role, you'll guide engineers and technicians, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and lead the technical efforts that keep our production on the cutting edge. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Process Engineers and Technicians, setting clear goals and fostering growth. Lead the development and optimization of die cast machine parameters, including thermal, spray, and injection settings. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, improve cycle times, and increase process repeatability and uptime. Provide hands-on support on the production floor, troubleshooting complex process-related issues and implementing corrective actions. Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including work orders and process change records. Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues and implement sustainable improvements. Lead process activities for new product launches, including simulation reviews, DOE, and capability studies. Maintain strict adherence to customer specifications, process control documentation, and quality standards. Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability throughout the die casting operations. What You Bring: Required: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years experience in die casting or high-pressure metal forming environments. At least 3 years in a senior technical or process engineering leadership role. Deep knowledge of die casting process control, thermal systems, and injection parameters. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Odyssey experience a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization. Preferred: NADCA certifications in Die Casting Technology or Process Control. Experience with vacuum die casting and automated spray systems. Familiarity with simulation tools such as MAGMA or equivalent. Training or certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. Why Join Us?
