Sr Project Manager or Project Manager, Product Development

We are hiring an Associate to Sr. Project Manager to lead innovative product development at Steelcase's world-class innovation center. Who You Are:

You are a strategic and self-directed project leader who thrives in cross-functional environments. You bring clarity, structure, and energy to complex product development efforts, and you're passionate about enabling teams to succeed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a product development-related field or military equivalent experience
• Professional working experience
• Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Steelcase will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization and/or visas for this role.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with the product development lifecycle (PDL)-including supply chain, engineering, or design
• Experience influencing business leaders and managing stakeholder alignment
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated experience leading product development or similar cross-functional projects

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead new product development projects from concept through market launch
• Align cross-functional teams and stakeholders around project scope, goals, and timelines
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring accountability and transparency
• Facilitate decision-making reviews and influence business priorities
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance future project outcomes
