Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in managing an increased volume of calls and orders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer service, order entry, and communication, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
