What We Need We are looking for a Billing & Payment Processing Associate to join Element Fleet Management.As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients. As the Billing & Payment Processing Associate you will manage and process reporting and invoicing related to maintenance and fuel transactions. This includes handling invoices for national accounts, independent dealers, rentals, and fuel-related activities as required. The role is also responsible for reviewing and working reports and managing corrections within systems such as Content Navigator, Xcelerate, and Extra-specifically addressing errors preventing billing and payment, duplicate reports, and any necessary research or corrections. Additionally, this position provides support to the invoice processing teams working with Auto Integrate, offering guidance and assistance as needed. A Day in the Life
Requirements
The base salary range for this position is $46,800 to $64,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
