Analyst II IT Quality Assurance

YOUR MISSION
  • Work closely with business stakeholders throughout the PUMA North America region across a number of processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Interoperate with other IT functions including Business Analysts, Programming, IT Infrastructure, Project Management, and Application Support
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, strategic partners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases based on system requirements.
  • Estimate, plan, and facilitate SIT, functional UAT, and performance testing to ensure software quality.
  • Coordinate thorough regression testing to validate resolved system defects.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
  • Utilize automated testing tools to create and execute automated test scripts.
  • Analyze test results and generate summarized and detailed reports on software quality and performance.
  • Coordinate testing cycles across multiple projects and with multiple teams.
  • Maintain a library of test plans and cases based on business process and system changes.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools at PUMA North America.
YOUR TALENT
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in using automated testing tools such as PractiTest, UIPath, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills working with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Self-organized and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Travel may be required based on project needs
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Power BI, etc.) and SQL experience a plus
