The Role in Brief: Strategic Leader, Data and Analytics - Associate Director The Strategic Leader (SL) is a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for Data and Analytics technologies at EAB and plays a critical role in enhancing the value our higher education clients derive from our technology solutions. This role serves as the primary customer success partner for institutions leveraging Edify, EAB's data and analytics platform. This role goes beyond relationship management-SLs are embedded thought partners, guiding institutions through their data strategy, analytics adoption, and long-term platform value realization. With a unique mix of technical fluency, consultative thinking, and higher education expertise, SLs play a central role in driving customer impact, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring institutions thrive with Edify. In this role, the SL will: Act as a Trusted Advisor: Establish themselves as a knowledgeable and reliable resource on data and analytics, offering strategic advice and insights that align with each institution's unique needs and goals. Consult on Data Initiatives: Work closely with client institutions to understand their data landscape, challenges, and objectives. The SL will provide expert guidance on how to effectively use data to drive decision-making and institutional success. Drive Customer Engagement and Satisfaction: Ensure that clients are engaged with and satisfied by our solutions. This involves regular check-ins, addressing any concerns, and demonstrating the ongoing value of our platforms. Facilitate Technology Implementation and Adoption: Collaborate with internal technical teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and high adoption rates of our technology. The SL will play a key role in change management efforts, helping clients to integrate new tools and practices into their existing operations. Identify Growth Opportunities: Recognize and pursue opportunities for expanding our engagement with clients, whether through additional services, training, or new product features. Collaborate Across Teams: Work cross-functionally within EAB, liaising with technical support, product management, sales, and other departments to advocate for client needs and contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge in data and analytics, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the higher education sector. The ideal candidate will be adept at building relationships, problem-solving, and effectively communicating technical concepts to a diverse audience. The ability to travel (10-25% estimate) and engage with clients in various settings is also a key aspect of this position. This position is listed as Strategic Leader for posting purposes; the official internal level of this hire is expected to be Senior Associate or Associate Director, and candidates are being considered across both levels for this position. Compensation: The anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $70,000 to $99,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role. This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.
