This role serves as the primary customer success partner for institutions leveraging Edify, EAB's data and analytics platform. This role goes beyond relationship management-SLs are embedded thought partners, guiding institutions through their data strategy, analytics adoption, and long-term platform value realization. Drive Customer Engagement and Satisfaction: Ensure that clients are engaged with and satisfied by our solutions. This involves regular check-ins, addressing any concerns, and demonstrating the ongoing value of our platforms.

Facilitate Technology Implementation and Adoption: Collaborate with internal technical teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and high adoption rates of our technology. The SL will play a key role in change management efforts, helping clients to integrate new tools and practices into their existing operations.

Identify Growth Opportunities: Recognize and pursue opportunities for expanding our engagement with clients, whether through additional services, training, or new product features.
