Summary

The System Director of the Academic Medicine Enterprise is responsible for the overall administration of the Graduate Medical Education (GME), Undergraduate Medical Education program (UGME), Simulation Training Center, and Research Institute, including compliance with all Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) standards, recruitment and onboarding of residents, and ongoing support of residents and faculty. The System Director will also play a key role in the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives.

Requirements

Education:Master or Doctorate degree in education, public health, administration, legal, or a related field

Experience:5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an Academic Medicine health system or higher education institution

Other:Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
