As we grow and innovate, we are seeking a QA Engineer II to join our high-performing software engineering team.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about quality, collaboration, and delivering a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms. You'll work within an Agile pod structure alongside developers, product managers, and designers to ensure each release meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test plans for functional, regression, and exploratory testing
  • Collaborate with developers to identify, log, and validate bug fixes
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and stand-ups
  • Drive quality assurance best practices and continuous improvement within the team
  • Implement test automation to enhance coverage and efficiency wherever appropriate
  • Advocate for cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as 4 years' experience in a related field
  • Hands-on experience testing web and/or mobile applications in Agile development environments
  • Familiarity with QA tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr
  • Understanding of testing best practices, usability principles, and modern QA methodologies
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Growth mindset and eagerness to develop new skills and knowledge


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium or Cypress
  • Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman


USD 54,200.00 - 81,400.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $54,200.00 - $81,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
