Baker College is seeking a dynamic Director of Educational Partnerships and Articulation to lead innovative initiatives that connect high school and community college students to meaningful college experiences. This pivotal role drives the development of the Running Start program, manages articulation agreements, and ensures students can earn college credit through strategic partnerships that support their academic and career success. The Director of Educational Partnerships and Articulation plays a key role in expanding pathways to Baker College through the development and management of the Running Start program, articulation agreements with community colleges, and articulated credit programs with high schools. This role focuses on growing dual enrollment and early college opportunities by building strong partnerships with schools and working closely with faculty, administrators, and external partners to ensure smooth transitions and lasting student success. This role involves extensive in-state travel to build partnerships, engage with school leaders, and promote program benefits. The Director collaborates with academic departments to align curricula, ensures articulation agreements support smooth student transitions, and uses data to evaluate and improve program effectiveness. Through strategic outreach and continuous assessment, the Director strengthens pathways that support student access, success, and long-term achievement at Baker College. A bachelor's degree is required for this role, with a master's degree preferred. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in higher education, dual enrollment or college-in-high-school programs, partnership development, enrollment management, business development, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and sustaining successful partnerships with educational institutions.
