The Supervisor of Accounts Payable is responsible for supervising and managing all aspects of Starkey's accounts payable functions and ensuring the work is performed in an accurate, complete, and timely manner. This position will manage the monthly closing functions, complete weekly payment runs, lead annual 1099 reporting, prepare weekly accounts payable forecasts and ensure proper controls are in place. This role will provide the structure for team trainings, ensure the team is following best practices, and to problem solve issues with internal departments, locations or suppliers At Starkey, we are in the business of connecting people and changing lives. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/RESULTS Supervise accounts payable staff
Supervise workflow approval activities for internal departments
Resolve escalated inquiries from suppliers and business units
Perform and supervise end of month activities Supervise and complete weekly payment runs Review and establish policies and ensure proper documentation of procedures Provide cash flow forecasting support to Treasury Manage employee expense reimbursement program Assist with annual external audit Manage regulatory compliance

Competencies, Skills & Abilities
The annual salary for this position is between $56,210 -$76,650 / year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
