Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a Sr. Expense Payable Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for Supplier Payables and must have a working knowledge of Accounts Payable, data entry, word processing/Excel spreadsheet/email skills and 10-key by touch, while following established procedures to accurately maintain and balance PeopleSoft A/P and accrual systems. This person accurately processes supplier invoices either manually or through Tungsten AP Essentials along with various utility/service invoices for numerous Ingram departments. In addition, this associate will process and maintain other assigned tasks such as preparing and generating payment runs, customer refunds, associate reimbursements, and wire postings. They will also scan and index invoices and various other documents into Peoplesoft utilizing Kofax and Mobius for payment processing.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years+ Ingram Accounting experience, OR 2 years+ Accounts Payable experience with data entry and basic computation functions
  • 1 year+ work experience that includes PeopleSoft, Kofax, Excel, Word, Outlook and document storage/retrieval systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up Ingram payment runs ensuring all payments, including ACH, wire and paper checks are accurate and timely while obtaining the appropriate approvals through Microsoft Flow or email. Appropriately expedite check delivery using best method (UPS, FedEx, regular mail) and transmit ACH payments to the bank. Submit regular wire request. Prepare miscellaneous expense billings for customers. Escalate problematic issues to management.
  • Perform daily balancing in PeopleSoft every morning before items can be entered into the system. Sending daily reports.
  • Answer vendor or associate inquiries concerning past due invoices. Reconcile vendor statements and perform account reconciliations periodically.
  • Process purchase order and non-purchase order invoices for payment using the appropriate invoice entry process, receiving proper approvals if needed. Audit sales tax calculations and take appropriate action to correct if needed. Correct invoices with exceptions by working with other departments to clear them so payment will be made.
  • Monitor the automated postage fund. Remote deposit checks received in LaVergne.
  • Print and distribute credit card and utility statements to the various departments requesting coding for inputting into Peoplesoft.
  • Provide back up and assistance to fellow associates . Monitor and distribute items from the departmental email box and regular mail as needed.

Hiring Salary Range:$21.74/hr -$26.94/hr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
