The Job

Support the IT Governance processes across Enterprise for multiple key applications and programs. Includes the coordination and communication of each release plan that results in maintaining the integrity of all systems across vendors and teams implementing technology change.

You Will



  • Support the Change and Release Management processes which include coordination and communication of releases across Enterprise for multiple key applications and programs.
  • Maintain and communicate the release plan and schedule while ensuring alignment across business stakeholders, IT, and vendors.
  • Identify and escalate risks. Work with the program team to mitigate and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Contributes to the release inventory and calendar that includes projects, change requests, and defects.
  • Support the execution of critical activities related to the operational programs of each SAAS system that can include software releases, system configuration, defect management, change requests and communication, while ensuring release processes are followed. Stay informed of critical Go-Live activities to track the release.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement across the Change and Release management processes.
  • Maintains positive relationships with program stakeholders, IT, and vendors by proactively setting expectations, coordinating information exchange, and regularly keeping them informed of progress and risks.
  • Facilitates meetings effectively, including executive level report outs and staff level brainstorming sessions.
  • Follows Enterprise Applications department guidelines, protocols, tools, and processes.
  • Actively supports the achievement of SCAN's Vision and Goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Your Qualifications



  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 +years of experience supporting Change and Release Management processes.
  • 2+ years large IT organization experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile Development, SDLC methodology
  • Familiarity of ITSM tools.
  • Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and web-based systems
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to express ideas concisely and clearly, orally and in writing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
