Job Overview

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is a leading IT Managed Services and IT Professional Services solutions provider headquartered in the Bay Area and serving clients globally. Our unique approach to IT Managed Services includes Contact Center Services, Internal IT Support, Data Center Operations, Workforce Solutions, and IT Professional Services.

Milestone is looking for passionate and motivated professionals who go above and beyond to solve the world's biggest problems through innovation and technology. Our vision is to revolutionize the way technology is deployed and supported worldwide. This role serves as Operational Support for one of our major clients.

Responsibilities

Finance

  • Management and maintenance of POs and invoices
  • Performs invoice reconciliation
  • Point of contact for new PO request and invoice questions
  • Manage customer support escalations related to customer orders, RMAs or shipping
  • Management and operational execution of outages
  • Run and execute GAMMA campaigns
  • Reconcile incoming invoices from device protection partner
  • Allocate incoming cash for device protection claims

Logistics

  • Maintain the inventory management feed files
  • Coordinate QA of new SIM cards
  • Help with ad hoc reporting
  • Forecast distribution to stakeholders (internal) and preparation of forecast for external partner distribution
  • Coordinate receipts of ASN templates from mobile device suppliers, ensure they are formatted as per required template, and load ASNs into inventory and logistics tool on a weekly to monthly basis as new mobile devices are ordered

Admin

  • RMA performance enhancing projects
  • Fraud monitoring manual scrubbing
  • One-off administrative tasks related to events and operational fires
  • Monitor and audit device model IDs in trade-in catalog
  • Prepare device protection and device trade-in data for analysis and review

Requirements

  • Excellent documentation, writing, organization and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt to rapidly changing development projects
  • Capable of managing high pressure, short timelines and willingness to be flexible
  • Highly collaborative
  • Strong Excel/Google Docs and Spreadsheet skills
  • Must have excellent critical thinking skills
  • Needs to be resourceful and proactive when problem solving
  • Knowledge of logistics terms, international distribution and shipping is a plus
  • Project management experience a plus
  • Invoice management skills a plus


Compensation

Estimated Pay Range:

Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
