Position Objective:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations within the air filter branch, including receiving, storing, assembling, and shipping products accurately and efficiently. This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and assists in the timely fulfillment of customer orders. The Warehouse Technician plays a key role in delivering operational excellence and supporting customer satisfaction through reliable and organized warehouse practices.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Pull filter orders accurately
  • Manufacture custom filters using a table saw, measuring tape, and simple stapling assembly
  • Load and deliver shipments on branch or customer trucks
  • Prepare orders for outgoing shipments / deliveries via FedEx and regular freight carriers
  • Utilize pallet jacks to safely and efficiently move inventory around the warehouse and shipping facility
  • Receive incoming stock shipments / unloading of trucks/ stacking of inventory
  • Perform quarterly filter maintenance changes on roof top units once per quarter-2 weeks.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse-sweep, trash, clean bathrooms weekly
  • Possess good communication and organization skills
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements

Position Requirements:

  1. Proven working experience as a warehouse worker;
  2. Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems;
  3. Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods;
  4. Good organizational and time management skills;
  5. Ability to lift heavy objects;
  6. High school degree, Associates degree a plus.
