Join us at www.iwgplc.com Job Purpose The IWG Group is looking for a talented experienced procurement professional to become our Global Sourcing Manager. Reporting to the Global Head of Sourcing as Global Sourcing Manager, the primary responsibility for this role is to acquire the ownership of the spend categories related to the Services of the IWG Group centers. The Global Sourcing Manager will ensure the creation of group sourcing strategies and processes todeliver products and services with increased quality, level of service, performance and value. Key Responsibilities
- Ownership and management of the assigned categories and other IWG Group sourcing initiatives.
- For the assigned categories: creation and implementation of sourcing strategies in line with business targets and procurement objectives; definition, lead and execution of global negotiations and contracting with suppliers; creation of procurement policies and procedures.
- Effective partnering with stakeholders at all levels to drive the necessary changes.
- Single Point of Contact for the management of communications, escalations and important requests to suppliers.
- Delivery of year on year cost savings.
- Responsible for all SRM activities to improve suppliers' performances.
- Support to the IWG Procurement team to deliver all other objectives (e.g.: innovation, process improvement, CSR, best practice sharing, etc.).
- Performs constant reviews and audits to insure countries adherence to the IWG Procurement policies and guidelines.
- Support the company vision and mission, and demonstrate IWG Group values in all professional activities.
- All other duties as requested by the line manager.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Full fluency in English or mother tongue level. Knowledge of any other language is a plus.
- International certifications (ex. CIPS, PMI) will be considered as a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar position for at least 7+ years, ideally within a greenfield environment and with Global/Local multicultural setup. Experience in a similar business sector will be considered as a plus.
- Proven successful track record of organizing, negotiating and delivering that demonstrates thorough knowledge of modern strategic sourcing processes, tools and techniques.
- Excellent skills in negotiation, problem solving, analysis and reporting.
- Flexible and dynamic, able to adapt to changes in a demanding fast paced multicultural environment, able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, skills in conflict management and facilitation attitude.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and SRM skills with exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with positive, influential and proactive approach.
- Team player.
- Ability to work under pressure with shifting priorities, interacting and adjusting to diverse cultures and time-zones.
- Entrepreneurial skills, allowing to take independent decisions when appropriate, always in alignment with the line manager.
- Pragmatic, self-starter, efficient and highly driven by objectives.
- Very good understanding of contract laws and standard forms of contracts.
- Proven global experience in successfully managing RFIs and RFPs, as well as leading international negotiation teams, for Services spend categories.
