Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement THE ROLE: Entegris is seeking a new Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement to join our team. If hired into this role, you will be responsible for deploying Lean methodology including strategy design and deployment, training, mentoring, and coaching of subject matter expertise, and working closely cross the Site Directors in the Minnesota region. This role will have a responsibility to support our Chaska and Bloomington manufacturing sites. This leadership position will partner and coach plant leadership and operations teams to challenge the status quo and drive world class performance in quality, customer service and cost. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Develop a roadmap and work collaboratively across two manufacturing sites to scope and implement improvement objectives to help the plant grow efficiently and in accordance with Continuous Improvement principles for safety, quality, and productivity.
Ensure progress is aligned with the CI masterplan; investigate root causes of deviations and suggest countermeasures to get back on track (PDCA or Plan, Do, Check, Adjust).
Experience as a Continuous Improvement Engineer, Continuous Improvement Manager, or Industrial Engineer within one of the following industries highly preferred: Automotive, Semiconductor, Medical, High-End Chemical, Industrial Processing (Injection Molding), or Gas
Proven ability to challenge the status quo and lead and drive continuous improvement projects and activities across a cross-functional team: assess, train, facilitate, coach, and lead by example.
Familiarity with ISO 9001/14000, ISO 45001 environments preferred Good training and presentation skills with solid oral and written communication capabilities. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office. SAP experience a plus.

- Compensation: $125,000-$165,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
