Overview

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

This position is responsible for the management of Energy investment products. Creates and implements the Bank's Energy investment strategy and approach within stated investment guidelines. Responsible for the financial risk and return of the portfolio through ongoing monitoring, reporting, risk management, and structuring of investments. Services large, complex portfolios for high new worth clients. Provides investment recommendations, presentations, and expertise to achieve client investment and service objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Strategy - Develops and implement Energy investment policies. Analyzes data, research, and market trends to meet client investment needs. Ensures compliance with investment and fiduciary guidelines within proprietary investment products. May assist senior leadership with initiatives that support wider strategic objectives.
  • Client Servicing - Services the largest, most complex client accounts through ongoing reporting, monitoring, and handling of client portfolios. Develops extensive reports and presentations that provide clarity on investment options, performance, and outlook. Provides support to new acquisition and sales efforts with high-net-worth clients.
  • Portfolio Management - Oversees selection and trading of securities and effective execution of intended investments.
  • Managerial Functions - Assigns portfolios to selected associates. Makes appropriate changes to investment policies, procedures, and efficiencies in order to meet objectives. Manages the performance, training, and evaluation of assigned portfolio staff. Maximizes portfolio achievements by providing professional development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Credit Analysis and Credit Underwriting OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Credit Analysis and Credit Underwriting

Preferred

Bachelors Business, Finance, Economics

Experience: Finance, Banking

Completion of a formal credit training program preferred

The base pay for this position is generally between $170,000.00 and $170,000.00. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
