Apply Keck Medicine of USC Hospital Glendale, California The Sleep Lab Manager is responsible for providing technical and administrative management to a group of technicians and staff engaged in conducting Polysomnographic examinations. Responsible for projecting budgetary needs, evaluating equipment and employee performance, and ensuring the general effectiveness of services. The Manager is responsible for assisting in monitoring and controlling the Sleep Laboratory budget, employee relationships, customer service, performance improvement, maintaining intra and interdepartmental communication and overseeing specialized accreditation. The Manager is also responsible for organizing the work schedule, and monitoring attendance and punctuality. Minimum Education: Minimum Experience: Minimum Skills: Required Certifications: *OR Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) credentialed by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists; OR Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) by American Board of Sleep Medicine. Preferred Education: Preferred Experience: Management experience.
