As an Operations Associate I, you'll support storage operations, vehicle movement, maintenance tasks, and client service, ensuring that every detail is handled with precision and care. Lead Daily Operations with Confidence You'll be the backbone of our storage facilities-keeping vehicles, equipment, and processes safe, organized, and efficient. Receive & Inspect Cargo: Survey inbound and outbound vehicles and equipment, documenting condition and contents accurately. Move & Stage Vehicles: Reposition, park, and stage commercial cargo and client assets in designated areas for easy identification. Maintain Facilities: Support grounds, trailers, and structures to keep work areas clean, safe, and ready for operations. Operate Safely: Drive client/company vehicles and forklifts with care to protect people, property, and equipment. Deliver Service & Support: Provide professional customer service, data entry, inventory tracking, and reporting. Deliver Results That Matter Your work ensures vehicles and equipment are secure, processes run smoothly, and clients receive exceptional service. Complete Tasks with Accuracy: Document inspections, maintenance, and reports thoroughly and on time. Support Team Goals: Contribute to projects, training, and operational improvements. Balance Office & Field Work: Handle a mix of physical operations and customer-facing support. Education & Credentials: High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license with acceptable record and TWIC card required. Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience; vehicle storage or repair background preferred. Technical Skills: Ability to operate both manual/automatic transmission vehicles and forklifts safely. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Professional Strengths: Good organizational skills, multitasking ability, reliability, and customer service mindset.
