Your Job Georgia-Pacific's Consumer Products Division is seeking a Manufacturing Floor Supervisor for the TAD Product System at the Broadway Mill in Green Bay, WI. This role involves planning and directing daily activities for hourly production team members, with an emphasis on leading and developing the team to ensure operational success. The position operates on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays. This is a great opportunity to launch a career with a growing business. Our Team The Green Bay Broadway Mill manufactures and distributes leading commercial and retail brands of paper products (bath tissue, napkins, and towels). The mill has about 1,050 mill operations employees and about 600 business support employees that provide engineering, transportation, data processing and customer services.
