We're looking for an innovative Director of Product to lead the development and integration of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and other critical retrieval use cases within Salesforce's Data Cloud and Agentforce platforms. This role is key to shaping how customers leverage their structured and unstructured data for intelligent agents and enhanced experiences.
You'll be a product leader who influences and collaborates closely with engineering, UX, go-to-market teams, forward development teams and customers. Your work will directly impact ACV and pipeline growth.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Product Leadership: Own the complete product lifecycle for RAG and retrieval features, from market analysis and requirements definition to release planning and adoption.

  • Strategic Roadmap: Develop and maintain the detailed product roadmap for RAG and retrieval capabilities, aligning with overall product strategy.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, UX, and other product teams to build and deliver high-quality features in an agile environment.

  • Customer & Market Focus: Translate customer needs and market trends into actionable product requirements. Engage directly with customers for feedback and validation.

  • Go-to-Market Support: Collaborate with GTM teams to launch new features, providing product expertise for sales and enablement.

  • Feature Advocacy: Champion RAG and retrieval capabilities internally and externally, acting as a subject matter expert.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of successful product delivery.

  • Direct experience with search, information retrieval, NLP, RAG technologies is highly desirable.

  • Strong ability to define and execute product roadmaps, translating technical concepts into clear designs.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with SaaS enterprise product management, especially in data platforms or AI/ML products.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Platform, Data Cloud, or CRM products.

  • Experience working with customers and global teams.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $211,500 to $306,600. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $230,800 to $334,600.
