Description * In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting enterprise data to provide actionable insights that will inform and guide our marketing strategy and decision-making * You will work closely with business leaders to understand their objectives, transforming complex data into clear and strategic recommendations to help drive our marketing success * Gather and analyze data from various platforms and sources to provide comprehensive insights * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business metrics * Partner with business leaders and teams to identify their data needs and deliver actionable insights to support their goals * Utilize statistical methods and data mining techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in marketing data * Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner * Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives, suggesting improvements based on data analysis Skills Tableau, Google analytics, Reporting, Marketing campaign, Marketing analysis, microsoft excel, Marketing analytics Additional Skills & Qualifications * Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision * Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors * Business Data Analysis: Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements * Business Assessment: Knowledge of the activities, tasks, practices and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities; ability to assess the benefits, risks, and success factors of potential applications * Research Analysis: Knowledge of the concepts, methodologies and methods of research analysis; ability to locate, interpret and evaluate research findings compiled and documented by others Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
