As a vital member of our Program Analytics and Technology team, the eBuilder Specialist role is essential for successfully executing our projects. We seek an experienced eBuilder Specialist with practical knowledge in implementing and managing Project Management Information Systems (PMIS). The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring, customizing, and supporting eBuilder software to streamline project management processes, enhance collaboration, and improve data-driven decision-making. This role will involve working closely with project teams, IT, and stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment and optimization of eBuilder and other PMIS tools. Responsibilities: Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of eBuilder and other PMIS platforms to meet organizational project management needs. Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and IT teams to define system requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide technical support and training to end-users on eBuilder functionality, including project controls, document management, cost tracking, and reporting. Develop and maintain system workflows, templates, and dashboards to enhance usability and efficiency. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors for resolution as needed. Ensure data integrity and security within the PMIS, including user access controls and compliance with organizational policies. Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights for project performance, resource allocation, and risk management. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to PMIS and eBuilder, recommending improvements to optimize system usage. Qualifications Qualifications Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, project management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience, OR no bachelor's degree with an eBuilder certification (eBCP - eBuilder Certified Professional) Proven experience implementing and managing PMIS solutions for large-scale projects (construction, engineering, or related industries preferred). Strong understanding of project management processes, including document control, cost management, scheduling, and reporting. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in eBuilder configuration, customization, and administration. Knowledge of integration techniques and tools for connecting PMIS with other enterprise systems. Familiarity with database management, SQL, and data analytics tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting. *Skills* ebuild, ebuilder, PMIS *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Perform additional project controls-related duties as required. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
