The Role in Brief: Associate Director, B2B Product Marketing (CRM Solutions) Do you... ...Have a passion for innovative ideas and the power of insight? ...Possess the spirit and drive of an entrepreneur? ...Want to create compelling, persuasive content and drive marketing strategy? ...Care deeply about improving higher education? EAB is looking for a talented, driven, and entrepreneurial marketer to join the team and lead Product Marketing for EAB's higher education CRM, Navigate360, with a focus on its new Recruitment, Advancement, and Career Success capabilities. The Product Marketing team develops content and strategies to increase brand awareness, improve competitive positioning, generate demand, support sales, and drive utilization for EAB technology and services. This includes developing thought leadership content such as blog posts, insight papers, and infographics; content for webinars and conference presentations; and sales enablement collateral such as pitch decks, product one-pagers, case studies, and more. In addition to a passion for persuasive writing, a love for big ideas, and a graphical eye, in order to be successful in the role, one must have excellent collaboration and project management skills. Compensation: The anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $65,000 - $100,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role. This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
