In this role, you'll guide a talented team of engineers and technical project managers to implement cutting-edge strategies, develop new products, and optimize design processes. You'll be at the forefront of technology transfers, cost optimization, and tool enhancement-helping us deliver smarter, more sustainable energy solutions.

• Lead strategic engineering projects across regional and global teams

• Translate customer needs into actionable project requirements

• Drive Transfer of Technology (ToT) initiatives across the Hub

• Manage product testing aligned with industry standards (IEEE, ANSI, NEMA, NEC)

• Collaborate with Supply Chain to meet cost targets and ensure product qualifications

• Champion Design to Value (DtV) initiatives to boost customer value and cost efficiency

• Implement and enhance engineering design tools across the Hub

• Facilitate training and feedback loops to improve tool performance

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field

• 8+ years of experience in engineering, product development, or project management

• Proven track record in leading cross-functional technical teams

• Experience with industry standards and product testing protocols

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Familiarity with cost optimization and design tool implementation
