Attention to detail is very important. Must be willing to work most weekends and holidays. Employment could lead to a Year Round and benefited position. Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities: Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance, adhering to Schweitzer's dress code Clean and prepare accommodations for occupancy through proper application of company specified cleaning procedures Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and linen closets with products in required quantities to satisfactorily clean assigned rooms Complete the Housekeeping Room Assignment, correctly identifying the status of each assigned room and reporting any maintenance problems or product shortage Maintain security for guests and lodge/condo units by keeping all doors locked at all times Secondary Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor, Housekeeping Manager or Operations Manager. Knowledge of Schweitzer Mountain Resort facilities Specific Job Skills: License/Certifications - None Technical - None Physical Capabilities - Able to walk/stand for up to 8 hours per shift. Able to lift up to 35 lbs Additional - Will be expected to work around cleaning chemicals. Education/Related Experience: Minimum education required - None Minimum time in related position - Previous experience is preferred Equipment and Safety/Protective Equipment Used: Gloves, and Bio bags (All provided)
