OpenText Cybersecurity continues to grow as a trusted leader in productivity, email security, and compliance solutions for businesses of all sizes. With a strong portfolio that includes AppRiver, Zix, and more, we help our customers navigate today's complex cyber risks while uncovering new opportunities for success.

We're looking for a Corporate Account Executive to join our dynamic Data Security Sales Team. In this role, you'll be responsible for hunting and developing new logo opportunities, while also expanding relationships with existing customers through upsell and cross-sell motions. You'll be a key player in driving growth and delivering critical security solutions that help businesses stay secure and compliant.

You'll also leverage our VAR Channel Partners to maximize reach and pipeline generation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate, fast-moving team and grow your career in a high-impact sales environment.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Drive net-new business by cultivating and closing new logo opportunities

  • Expand customer accounts through thoughtful portfolio growth and cross-sell strategies

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their evolving security needs

  • Partner with resellers and the channel to create new revenue opportunities

  • Use Salesforce and other sales automation tools to manage your pipeline and sales process

  • Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to execute territory plans and hit your quota

  • Be part of a high-performance team that values curiosity, resilience, and continuous learning

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 3+ years of relevant closing sales experience, ideally in tech or SaaS

  • Proven success meeting and exceeding quota targets

  • Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close

  • Experience with Salesforce and tools like Outreach, Drift, or Gong

  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal

  • Highly coachable, motivated, and eager to learn and grow

  • Ability to balance independent drive with a collaborative team mindset

  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Estimated base salary: $65,000 USD
