ATCC, a leading nonprofit biological resources and standards organization, is seeking a highly analytical, versatile and detail-oriented IP & License Enforcement Specialist to work fully remote. Legal or paralegal experience in IP Enforcement and exceptional relationship management skills required. Life Sciences background highly preferred. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing licensing files to ensure adherence to applicable regulations and internal processes. You will support and document enforcement investigations, provide timely updates on license-related matters, and escalate significant concerns to Senior Management for further evaluation. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our licensing framework. Compliance Review & File Auditing: Responsible for conducting detailed reviews of licensing files to ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and internal procedures. This work supports the integrity of the licensing process and helps identify potential areas of non-compliance early.
Qualifications
Benefits The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 to $80,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular merit increases and the corporate bonus program. We Invest in You
