Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily sales operations and client communications. If you're a strong communicator with a problem-solving mindset, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Responsibilities:



  • Respond to all customer inquiries, orders, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Generate and distribute key sales operation documents, including invoices, contracts, pick lists, packing lists, and returns
  • Guide and escalate complaint resolution to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Provide internal branches and customers with accurate data and supporting documentation as needed
  • Follow up on outstanding issues with customers, branches, and shop/yard operations
  • Document and report any conditions affecting customer satisfaction
  • Handle after-hours calls (e.g., security or customer concerns) in select branches
  • May be responsible for opening and closing facility operations
  • Perform additional tasks and administrative duties as assigned



Qualifications & Skills:



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and organizational skills
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Infor and Salesforce CRM is a plus
  • Familiarity with operational processes (deliveries, pickups) in a rental or construction-related environment preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, inside sales, or sales desk role (equipment rental industry experience a plus)
  • Must have reliable transportation
