Staffmark is now hiring a Manufacturing Operator for a leading plastics production facility in Hartford City, IN. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with one of the area's most respected manufacturers, offering cutting-edge processes and a team-focused environment. If you have experience with machinery, love solving problems, and are ready to step into a role with career potential, this is the job for you! Hours & Pay: Pay Rate: $18.48 per hour Schedule: 12-hour night shift | 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule: One week at 36 hours, the next at 48 hours Daily Responsibilities:
