Staffmark is hiring for a Direct Hire Project Manager position with a reputable construction firm in Riverside, CA. Pay: $48.07 - $55.28/hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: 1st Shift | Full-Time

As the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects ranging from $50,000 to $5 million. You'll manage every stage from planning to completion, ensuring budget adherence, resource allocation, and compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, along with a hands-on approach to driving results.

Responsibilities:



  • Lead construction projects from start to finish
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and cost estimates
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment
  • Track inventory, tools, and supply deliveries
  • Ensure job site compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Identify and mitigate risks; resolve project challenges
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and internal stakeholders
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and secure permits and licenses
  • Provide regular progress reports to leadership and clients
  • Conduct on-site inspections to monitor work quality and progress
  • Mentor and train team members as needed
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, employees, and senior management



Qualifications:



  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management (roofing experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Willing to travel to various job sites as needed
  • Familiarity with construction permits, safety compliance, and building codes
  • Work will take place in both field and office environments
  • Exposure to various weather conditions, noise, confined spaces, and construction materials
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, walk, climb, kneel, stoop, and drive
  • Frequent use of hands and visual assessment required
