The Workplace Experience Meeting and Events Coordinator assists with aspects of the planning and execution of internal meetings and events for the residents of the office. This can range from multi-day training to office-wide lunches. The Meeting and Events Coordinator is responsible for ensuring exceptional client experiences through proactive communication and high touch hospitality focused service. provide superior client service while enhancing their individual personal and professional skills. The role is Client facing and must be able to exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management of various spaces.
  • Reserve and confirm reservation requests for conference room and event spaces.
  • Monitoring email inbox and employee requests, prioritizing emails and drafting responses and solutions in a timely professional manner with resolution
  • Understand the layout and flow of the office/space.
  • Providing event coordination and assisting in setup or cleanup for onsite events (including catering, AV, office supplies, etc.)
  • Work closely with executive assistants and meeting hosts with a professional demeanor.
  • Build meaningful relationships with members of the office and visitors.
  • Support visitors and clients with tours of the space.
  • Embody the client brand and culture
  • Pro-actively develop and manage Client relationships ensuring that expected service levels are achieved.
  • Support the Workplace Experience Team in ensuring a functional and inviting office environment for all who use it.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience /hospitality management experience
  • Ability to work with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong vendor management experience.
  • Exhibits strong communication and listening skills.
  • Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
  • Must have strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

50,000.00 - 60,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
