Job Details Full time 36 hours/week daysJob Description A registered nurse who has competencies in utilizing a broad range of cues for prescribing and implementing both direct and indirect nursing care. Collaborates with other health care providers to maintain quality patient care based upon current standards. Ensures implementation and compliance of hospital policies and procedures on assigned shift.
Practices within the established policies and procedures of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Serves as a clinical resource regarding policy and procedures, patient standards, performance improvement and risk management issues. Expresses self orally in individual or group situations in a manner that delivers the message to nursing staff and other health professionals in an accurate and appropriate manner. Facilitates the goals and objectives of the Department of Nursing and the Hospital. Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the Hospital.
