The HR Systems Administrator plays a key role on the centralized HRIS team, providing technical and functional support for the organization's human resources information systems. This position is highly collaborative, working closely with the broader HR Operations team, IT, Finance, HR Business Partners, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure HR systems run smoothly and support business needs.
As part of a centralized support model, the HR Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining system integrity, supporting end users, managing data accuracy, and assisting with system enhancements, testing, and reporting. This role also contributes to the continuous improvement of HR processes through automation and utilizing available technology.

This role reports to the Manager HR Systems.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
*Provide expertise in the analysis, design, development and implementation of the HR System; Oracle HCM Cloud.
*Provide day-to-day support for Oracle HCM Cloud, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
*Research solutions to support HR programs and processes.
*Participates in the planning and testing for system upgrades, patches, and other configuration updates.
*Manages routine data processes and table updates within Oracle HCM Cloud.
*Document system specifications, configurations, processes, and procedures.
*Create and maintain end-user documentation and training resources for HR system processes.
*Communicates and trains end-users
*Stay current with HRIS trends, best practices, and system capabilities.
*May provide assistance with data conversion and provide temporary support for a sunsetting HR system during the transition period.
*Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Requirements:
* 2 years experience supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
* Strong analytical abilities and skills to proactively evaluate business needs and explore alternative approaches to recommend the most feasible and economical solutions.
* Strong aptitude to isolate problems, addressing immediate needs, analyzing downstream impacts, and implementing solutions.
* Ability to communicate recommendations and solutions to non-technical clients and end users.

Minimum Qualifications Required:
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 3 Years of experience as a subject matter expert
* Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
* Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
* Effective customer service skills
* Proficient use of applicable technology
* Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
* Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
