Description & Requirements
Forvis Mazars is currently seeking a Senior Manager with extensive experience in building teams and delivering projects within Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Azure technologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong blend of leadership, functional, and technical expertise in implementing, developing, designing, or supporting cloud applications. This candidate should excel in documenting business processes or business requirements, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and possess a proactive drive to learn and master new technologies. A successful candidate will also have a proven track record of effective team management and strategic project execution
How you will contribute:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, service offerings, and thought leadership focused on automation solution offerings.
  • Monitor market trends, Microsoft strategy, and competitor activity to inform positioning and strategic priorities.
  • Partner with leadership to prioritize investment in high-impact service lines and solution areas.
  • Drive business development efforts in collaboration with Sales teams, including opportunity qualification, solution design, proposal development, and contracting.
  • Utilize business acumen and critical thinking skills to analyze client business requirements and develop technical solutions to these requirements.
  • Contribute to pre-sales providing deep technical knowledge during the sales cycle.
  • Contribute to the design and development of Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud/Desktop, Copilot Studio etc.)
  • Architect integrations utilizing Microsoft Azure services.
  • Re-write and re-engineer custom legacy applications into Power Apps solutions. * Contribute across all phases of projects (e.g., Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test).
  • Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Produce project documentation such as Functional Requirements Documents, Technical Design Documents, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Customization Specifications, User Acceptance Test Scripts, and End User Training Documentation using Forvis Mazars OnTrack project implementation methodology
  • Participate in all tasks relating to feature testing, solution testing, and user acceptance testing

  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, manage shifting priorities and handle numerous time-sensitive projects with multiple deadlines
  • Ability to mentor and manage careers of junior resources
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Strong demonstrable experience working with AI/ML, RPA, GenAI, or automation technologies.
  • Proven experience in fostering growth within a practice.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a leader of high-performing teams; Experience should include hiring, mentoring, goal setting, performance reviews and dismissals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Azure Logic Apps and Microsoft Azure Functions
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience with Microsoft cloud applications.
  • BS in Technology, Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, etc.
