As a key leader on the Xbox Product Planning and Release team, you will drive alignment, organization, and execution across PM, Engineering, and Design to realize our goals. You'll drive predictable planning cadences and facilitate key planning forums that bring clarity to what's in scope, what's at risk, and what success looks like. Your work will create the connective tissue across teams, turning strategic aspirations into coordinated, trackable execution. You'll partner deeply with teams across Xbox, Gaming, and Microsoft to align on dependencies, investment attribution, and outcomes that ladder to measurable results. You'll lead consistent investment tracking, support change management, and ensure transparent communication of plans across stakeholders and leadership.
