OverviewThe Al Workforce business-formerly known as Modern Work-drives transformation by embedding Artificial Intelligence (Al) into the flow of work across Microsoft 365, Copilot, and agentic solutions. It empowers organizations to leverage the power of digital labor, reimagine processes and increase productivity by integrating Al into everyday workflows, from frontline to knowledge workers. This transformation is anchored in secure, scalable, and responsible Al adoption, helping customers become Al-powered organizations. Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partners are pivotal in scaling the Al Workforce vision, especially in the Small and Medium Enterprise & Corporate (SME&C) segment. They serve not only as trusted advisors but also enable purchase and adoption of technology, guiding customers through Al transformation journeys and enabling them to unlock the full value of Al workforce solutions. We are seeking a Al Workforce CSP Scale Practice Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for design, activation and amplification of CSP partner investments across Go-to-Market (GTM) and Enablement programs - to drive this exciting market development effort. ResponsibilitiesTo be successful in this role, you will need to partner closely with Al Workforce partner practice leads, Depth-CSP Marketing, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) teams to build and execute winning go-to-market plans and enablement strategies - to achieve CSP revenue growth and customer acquisition.Key responsibilities will include:Conducting relevant market and CSP partner research.Co-design partner go-to-market programs (e.g. funded partner engagements), and lead scale activation and execution of the programs through the CSP Channel.Define the partner enablement strategy for partner skilling and practice development; design and execute scale readiness engines based on the strategyMeasure and track progress across both partner go-to-market and enablement programs and refine strategy and execution tactics based on measurement signals.Embody our culture and values.Knowledge, experience and skills:The ideal candidate will bring a host of skills and experiences including:Understanding of the CSP Partner/channel ecosystem.Familiarity with Al Workforce solution products, especially Microsoft 365 Copilot.Rigorous strategy definition and execution.Ability to manage and lead extended v-teams across business groups and engineering.The most relevant competencies for this role are:Strategic thinking, insight & analysis, drive for results, and influencing for impact: Ability to develop strategic plans for the business based on analysis as well as field and partner feedback, while also bringing execution capabilities to complex opportunities.Communication: Ability to organize information into easy-to-understand formats delivering presentations that clearly articulate opportunities and compel the audience to support action.Cross-group collaboration: Ability to build impactful relationships and work closely with members of various teams across the company to achieve our business goals and help others also be successful at achieving their objectives.Adaptability: Ability to look at an old problem in new ways and find ways to solve that problem through new or redesigned tools, processes or systems. | |
