We are searching for a Senior Director, AI (Artificial Intelligence) Apps (Applications) & Agents - Solutions Marketing to add to our team! The ideal candidate will possess a passion and understanding of the Hyperscaler cloud businesses and key trends. This role is a leader for the Innovate with AI Apps & Agents solution play focused on capitalizing on AI market momentum and the rise of AI Agents by positioning Azure as the strategic and integrated end-to-end AI, Application, and Developer platform of choice for Enterprises and SDCs (Strategic Development Centers). This includes how to prioritize product strategies into customer outcomes and aligning them for best results through a mix of strategies. This leader should have a passion for technology, with understanding of the sales and marketing levers and have a vision for how we gain share. The Senior Director, AI Apps & Agents should have the ability to analyze and diagnose business challenges, formulate solutions, and then motivate and influence the broader organization into action. We seek a leader to accelerate growth and establish our strategies to customers through our sales, partners, and marketing. This role involves working on rapidly growing business solutions and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders globally. Responsibilities Drive all-up solution play performance/growth and E2E (Edge to Edge) marketing effectiveness in partnership with MCAPS (Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions) and marketing.Develop and refine all-up solution play strategy - including audience needs, pain-points, target segments, priorities, naming, primary products, customer/business outcomes.Define global marketing objectives and priorities aligned with solution play priorities - including marketing GTM (Go-To-Market) prioritization and guidance across integrated marketing, through partner and through CMO (Chief Marketing Office).Continuously monitoring performance to identify future opportunities or risks, and adjust plans as needed.Collaborate with sales and partner teams to ensure effective solution selling, partner enablement & customer skilling.Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Lead Solution Play ROBs (Rhythm of the Business) - including ABRs (Azure Business Reviews) and marketing QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).Driving business leadership through executive connection.Championing a collaborative culture and embracing servant leadership.Guiding operational excellence.Ensuring high-quality deliverables through strategic planning, execution, resource alignment, and quality control practices.Leading with Analytical thinking, Business Planning & Analysis, being an effective collaborator.Foster, hire, and instill a deep sense of inclusion within the team.Consistently deliver operational excellence and rigor around financial management and budgeting.Embody our culture and values.
