Get to Know Your Team:

• Lovelace Regional Hospital includes 24/7 emergency services, intensive care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, surgical and birthing services for Roswell and the surrounding community.

• Provide direct customer service and front desk assistance for the assigned department to include but not limited to admitting, registering, scheduling, and verifying insurance.
• Handle customer account transactions, provide customer assistance, and perform and/or oversee cashiering operations.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• One (1) year of previously related experience.
• Medical Terminology.
• Knowledge of office procedures.
• Knowledge of insurance plans.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in a related field of study.
• Previous medical office experience.
• Heart Saver.
