KBI Field Service Technician - Plainfield, IL 2nd Shift

We have an opportunity for aField Service Technicianto join our Plainfield, ILteam. As a Field Service Technician you will provide reactive, installation, preventative maintenance, and removal services on customer-owned beverage equipment. You will also build strong relationships with our customers and maintain the highest standards of service and customer service.

Job Details:

• Provide accurate diagnosis for reactive service calls and make repairs as indicated by work order, meeting contractual deadlines
• Complete equipment installations, project and/or preventative maintenance
• Make equipment recommendations to customers and follow up with Sales Department
• Expected schedule is Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday from 12 pm - 8:30 pm. Hours can vary depending on the needs of the company.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid state issued driver's license
• Ability to use basic hand tools, familiarity with power tools.
• Ability to travel and work overnights when necessary
• Ability to stand, walk, twist at the waist, and lift up to 75 pounds

Compensation:
The hourly pay for this role is:$18.00/hr with a $2.00/hr shift differential.
