The Welder works directly with team members to support production initiatives. They perform duties such as operating and tending various machines.

1. Operates specialty equipment which may include but is not limited to various welders, grinders, hand tools, pneumatic/battery operated tools and industrial hoists.
2. Produce quality work that meets company expectations.
3. Reports defective material questionable conditions to department supervisor.
4. Follow all safety policies and procedures.
5. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly manner.
6. Satisfy the company attendance requirements.
7. Other duties may be assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.

• No experience required. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
