SandyPines Residential Treatment Center is a 149-bed Residential Psychiatric Facility servicing children and adolescents ages 5 to 17. The facility is in beautiful South Florida, nestled beside Jonathan Dickinson State Park and just minutes away from the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. We are the largest treatment center of its kind in the southeast and host Riverbend Academy, an accredited school on our campus.

Qualifications

Residential Supervisor - Position Summary:

The Residential Supervisor will be responsible for all facility units including the Unit Coordinator's and Mental Health Technician staff. The Residential Supervisor will also assist in onboarding/ hiring, corrective actions, and will complete staff 30-60-90-day evaluations as needed. The Supervisor will be a first point of contact for staff who are in need of leadership direction. Act as a liaison for administration during their scheduled hours as well as support with after hour staffing concerns.

Qualifications

Education/Training:

  • Clinical Master's degree required, in a Social Services or related field with experience in related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in social services field.
  • Residential management experience required.
  • 3 years of experience in program management, staff hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, disciplinary actions, program and staff development.
  • Experience in measuring and analyzing program outcomes.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Ability to provide training.
  • Knowledge of basic Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel)
  • Extensive interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

Position requires moderate amount of sitting, standing and walking. Occasional lifting carrying, pushing/pulling will be part of daily routine. Occasional stooping, kneeling, bending may also be involved in daily routine. Moderate to loud noises must be tolerated with ease, Occasional contact with communicable disease, subject to irregular hours and changes in schedule and work location. Subject to crisis intervention and many interruptions during hours of work.
