• Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist in assembly, packaging, quality inspection, material handling, or other production-related tasks.
• Fill in for absent employees or in understaffed departments.
• Follow production schedules and instructions from supervisors or team leads.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
• Support inventory and material movement as needed.
• Work collaboratively with multiple teams across shifts or departments.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to different tasks and equipment.
• Basic understanding of safety and quality control standards.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
