Job Description Summary: Draper is seeking a logistics assistant to help the shipping, receiving, and tracking of the strategic flight hardware that we are required to repair and rework.Specific responsibilities include: *Responsible for material check-in and disbursement from program bonded stores. *Determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Be informal team coordinator as needed to implement these tasks. oShipping/freight including filling out and processing shipping/receiving paperwork. oMoving electronic assemblies within the Draper facility including filling out and processing tracking paperwork. oScheduling photography or other support functions as needed for documentation of hardware processes and/or inspection. *Ensuring proper execution of all required documentation/tracking activities, including: oProgram-specific checklists. oHardware travelers - both paper and using Epicor software. oHardware inspection checklist. oAny additional Trident and/or Draper quality documentation related to strategic asset moves. *Other responsibilities: oUsing the custom database to update status and logistics coordination. oCommunicating regularly with task leader and program leadership on task activities and status. oWorking with property department for yearly audit, supporting annual classified hardware inventory per government requirement.
