Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the organization's strategic goals. This position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to creating formal job offers, while providing a positive experience for the candidate and hiring leaders. The TA Specialist partners closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure a seamless hiring experience that aligns with the organization's mission, vision, and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of roles across the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, selection criteria, and recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Post job advertisements and track campaign effectiveness through data analysis and reporting.
  • Screen applications and provide qualified applicants to hiring leaders.
  • Deliver high-touch service to candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Promote and coach on best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal hiring regulations and policies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by documenting processes and participating in recruitment-related projects.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to process talent transactions and resolve related issues.

Schedule:

Hybrid schedule (onsite and remote) Monday-Friday, 8-5

Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $66,083.89 to $99,125.84

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.

Experience: One (1) year of professional recruiting experience in one or more areas of recruitment life-cycle; assessing needs, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening candidates, interviewing, negotiating offers, and on-boarding.

Equivalency: Professional recruiting experience, beyond stated requirements, may substitute for the Bachelor's degree requirement on a year for year basis.
