Description and Requirements

The Global Media COE (Center of Excellence) team at Lenovo is looking to accelerate Lenovo into an innovative marketer by building an in-house/agency hybrid model in all geos. As part of this goal, the NA Marketing team is building an in-house media team to manage media planning and strategy for North America Consumer and Commercial Marketing. The team is seeking a Data & Analytics Sr. Specialist to support the in-house paid media team.

We're seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Paid Media Data & Analytics Sr. Specialist to support the measurement, reporting, and optimization of digital media campaigns. In this role, you'll work closely with media strategists, campaign managers, and business stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights that fuel media performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze performance across paid media channels, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Programmatic DSPs, and YouTube.
  • Provide insights on key metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, CVR, CAC, and engagement.
  • Track brand lift performance and brand health tracker to inform future media plans and strategies.
  • Support media strategists by delivering audience and conversion analyses.
  • Recommend optimization tactics based on funnel insights, attribution paths, and cross-channel behaviors.
  • Assist in A/B testing and experiment design to measure campaign lift or creative performance.
  • Partner with paid media planners and strategists to inform campaign strategy.
  • Serve as the in-house expert on paid media KPIs, dashboards, and tracking methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably with a focus on paid media.
  • Experience with web and media analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Solid understanding of digital media metrics, attribution modeling, and tag implementation.
  • Familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and analytical thinking.
  • Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within a very large, fast-moving organization with many internal and external stakeholders is a bonus
  • Strong verbal/written communication
  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and data visualization skills
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
  • The base salary budgeted range for this position is $95k-108K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
